The old pool walls where rusted out and the liner was shot.
During the Project
Pulling out the metal sides of the pool and the chain link fence.
Next step was to pull the concrete and put it in the pool.
Time to back fill the pool.
The finished product- ready for sod.
The customer wanted part of their acreage cleared in order to plan for house placement. They wanted as much foliage left as possible on the property. So, I cleared out an area for the house and small yard only..
The Property Before and During Clean up
Cleaning up a downed branch, which was the size of a tree
Several projects were going on with this job!
Building a seawall on the river at the back of the property, using the concrete from the removed driveway to make a base for the rock to be built on the seawall.
Tearing out the driveway, grading it down and adding a base for the pavers.
The owner wanted to remove his concrete driveway and replace it with a larger paver drive. Busting up the driveway to use the concrete pieces as a base for the seawall.
Land cutting and grading
The owner wanted to take the slope out of the back of his yard. He wanted a level area at the sea wall. He plans to build a second wall where we cut out.
Pulling up the slab and removing all the root balls.
Bringing in and spreading crushed concrete for the finish product
Pictures before the project started. The far edge had popped 3ft out of the ground .

Our client had a tree come down in a storm. So we came in to clean up and clear everything out.
As you can see from the pictures and videos this tree was huge!
We got in there and busted it out in one day!
The home owner was very pleased to have their front yard back again.
This overgrown property was a mess, so the investor asked me to do a "down and dirty" clean-up.
This pool hadn't been used for more than 20 years. The lady who owned the home didn't use it anymore and wanted some back yard to enjoy. I began with draining the pool out down to the dirt and sludge.

During the process of busting up the concrete pool and decking, the pool began to refill with water from the water table. I had to keep the pump running to be able to continue work.
Filling in and Leveling the Ground
As I busted up the concrete and caved it in, I filled around it with dirt and compacted it. I layered concrete and dirt to prevent air pockets.
Graded and Ready for Sod
I recently had a long term client contact me about removing two concrete pads from a property he recently had purchased. Removing the old pads allowed him to be able to build on the cleared site.

At Work Busting up the Concrete
I had a client contact me to help clear out this overgrown lot backed up to a bird sanctuary. This project included the clearing of underbrush, cutting up small trees and brush, and spreading a mound of dirt. I also cleared flagstones and concrete and hauled off old tires. The end result gained the property owner more usable acreage and increased the value of his property.
