Overgrown Investment Property Remediation

I had a client contact me to help clear out this overgrown lot backed up to a bird sanctuary. This project included the clearing of underbrush, cutting up small trees and brush, and spreading a mound of dirt. I also cleared flagstones and concrete and hauled off old tires. The end result gained the property owner more usable acreage and increased the value of his property.
